Where does your name come from?
The Lions & Tigers name was inspired by the Wizard of Oz. Dorothy is one of the greatest stories of female leadership, bringing along allies on a massive journey. It was also inspired by the fact that lions and tigers are dominant, fierce, courageous animals often led by female dominant communities. Read more about our origin story here.

How to know if you are a match for L&T?
You are an experienced strategist, program, or project manager in marketing, communications, change management, business management, or operations.

Are your consultants engaged as independent contractors (1099) or employees (W2)?
While we see every consultant as part of our team, we do recognize the importance of understanding the type of engagement you’re entering. This is driven by the scope of work for each project, which typically results in our consultants being evenly split between 1099 and W2 roles.
I’ve interviewed in the past, how can I update my availability for future consulting opportunities? My availability has changed, what’s the best way to update my information?
